Amicale Laïque

The goal of this association is to culturally lead the community in particular by supporting local school projects and proposing different activities regularly to its inhabitants (for example canvas painting, keep fit classes or walking) and often organises flea markets and each year a christmas market.

Blood donors association

As the name indicates this brings together people who donate their blood.

Friends of the organ

An organ was built in 1998 in St.Peter’s church Premilhat of which the people of premilhat benefit with the organisation of classical and religious music concerts.

Friendship Club.

This is a club of senior citizens.It possesses a choir and a group of folk dancers who are very well known in the department.

A.P.E.A.H.

This is an association which runs a home and work centre for the handicapped.

The Hunting Association

This association came together in order to allow game hunters to practice their favourite past-time while also caring for the environment.

Premilhat sports association.

This is the local football club (team A play at a regional level).The 6 teams involved in the association range from juniors (5 years) to the veterans (50+).

The Sailing club

Sault lake is favourable for the navigation of small sailing boats and is the only expanse of water in the area of Montlucon.This area is regularly frequented by those seeking the peace and solitude of the countryside.

The Poster club

Among the inhabitants of Premilhat one finds keen poster collectors grouped into one collection.It is one of the biggest in France and regularly travels around europe.

Bourbonnais Dog Lovers club

The aim of this club is to train dogs to search for missing people. The club members wear the colours of Prémilhat throughout the whole of France.

The Educational Cooperative

The education cooperative adheres to the central office of school cooperation (L’OCCE) which provides legal assistance and allows them to manage funds (Grants from the town council, Amicale Laique,various donations,profits from sales of photographs,etc) L’OCCE provides services (documentation, materials, direct assistance-work shadowing for example) and indirect assistance.The cooperatives projects, which involves the pupils as often as possible (in all cases they are the primary beneficiaries), requires money (visit to theatres, school trips,etc), which is managed by representatives (teachers of the school).They are accountable for the students, the parents, the local councillors and the department association of the L’OCCE.

F.N.A.C.A.

Association of veterans of the Algerian war,they participate in community life by organising evening events (Balls,Card competitions) and excursions (picnics and day trips).

Exhibitions club

This association organises 2 events every year: one called “Atout-Papier”which brings together exhibitors whose hobby is to collect all different types of paper documents.The other event is “La foire aux idées et créations”(Arts and crafts fair) which targets collectors,craftsmen and creators of allsorts
